What will you be doing?
The stuff you’re good at - helping people.
You’ll act as Nurse-in-Charge, leading the staff team and delegating work to junior staff.
You’ll also be hands on. You’ll manage residents’ needs, run audits, keep records, dress wounds, PEG feeds, phlebotomy, catheters and so on.

You’ll need to have qualification as RNA or RGN Level 1, or RNMH or RMN Level 1.
You’ll also have to hold valid and current NMC registration and PIN number (but it’s fine if you’re still waiting on your PIN).
