We work with clients that may provide relocation assistance, subsidised accommodation, free parking and even sometimes free meals! Anything to help you out.
They also offer flexible hours with day and night shifts.
Also, because they know that while you’re happy to work bank holidays - it can suck. So, they’ll give you pay enhancements to make up for it.
Plus, most of our clients over 5 and a half weeks’ holidays per year.
And, there’s training.
Oh the training!
You’ll be given support in achieving additional qualifications, including nationally recognised ones.
But not just on the mandatory stuff.
On the things you actually want. We work with companies that really care about quality.
Say you want to be a specialist in falls, dementia, nutrition, activities, infection control, dignity, medication, communication, continence, training…
PHC will help. They call their specialists 'Champions’. That could be you.
Not only does this help your career, let’s face it - you’ll be happier.
What will you be doing?
The stuff you’re good at - helping people. We have something for every level of nurse.
From newly qualified to Nurse-in-Charge, leading the staff team and delegating work to junior staff.
You’ll also be hands on. You’ll manage residents’ needs, run audits, keep records, dress wounds, PEG feeds, phlebotomy, catheters and so on.
You can give us a call for a full run-down.
You’ll need to have qualification as RNA or RGN Level 1, or RNMH or RMN Level 1.
You’ll also have to hold valid and current NMC registration and PIN number (but it’s fine if you’re still waiting on your PIN).
